I went on my last hike for this time spent in Turkey on the 5th. It was a local walk up to a lighthouse that is situated on the top of a cliff… naturally. The walk up was taxing and reminded me yet again how out of shape I am and how I don’t particularly enjoy pushing myself to new limits. The walk down was easier, but the rocks were small and not exactly secure to walk on so I learned what it feels like to get dirt on my butt. Overall it was one of the shorter hikes and I was glad I did it after the fact.
We hiked up to that point. It’s hard to see in this photograph but there is a giant Turkish flag at the top and a building for a lighthouse. This is a view from right outside of the marina.
This is Kemer from the top of a cliff. Situated at the base of the mountains, in a nice little bay of the Mediterranean Sea. The marina is barely visible on the far right behind some bushes.
